Shipping policy

ALL DELIVERIES ARE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL TRACK AND TRACE AND DELIVERY DETAILS ARE BELOW:-

Orders received and confirmed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and shipped via Royal Mail the next working day. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Mondays.

Your Tinexyl PRO will therefore reach you within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Exceptions will be when orders are placed during public holidays and when delivery addresses are not mainland UK.

We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK/Republic of Ireland/United States and as detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Service, Tinexyl PRO is only available to UK/Republic of Ireland/United States podiatrists and foot health professionals at present.
